Tal David，Quantum Art联合创始人兼CEO。曾负责Israel National Quantum Initiative（INQI），曾是Government of Israel R&D management，曾是Freelance External Developer and Consultant, Quantum Science and Technology，曾是IAI - Israel Aerospace Industries Physicist and Project Leader。2008年毕业于Ben-Gurion University of the Negev，获得Quantum Physics专业博士学位；2004年毕业于Tel Aviv University，获得Physics专业硕士学位；2003年毕业于Tel Aviv University，获得Physics专业学士学位。
