Omar Issa，ResiQuant 联合创始人兼 CEO。曾是 Stanford University 结构工程博士研究员，曾在 Stanford Urban Resilience Initiative (SURI) 担任研究生研究员，并在 Blume Earthquake Engineering Center 从事地震工程研究。此外，曾在 The B.
