1. Scope & operator

This policy applies to svtr.ai and related services (Insight / Database / Network / Incubation, membership, events and newsletters) operated by SVTR AI LLC ("SVTR", "we"). By using the site you agree to this policy.

2. Information we collect

Application & registration data: name, organization, title, email, WeChat, LinkedIn, city, and any materials you choose to upload (deck, resume, business card) when you apply or register for events or programs.

Account data: login uses email one-time passcodes (OTP); we store your login email.

Subscription data: the email and optional identity tag you provide when subscribing.

Technical data: basic access logs and session cookies needed to run the service. We do not run cross-site ad tracking.

3. How we use it

For SVTR-internal matchmaking and resource connection (the core purpose of the application form), providing membership / event / newsletter services, communicating with you, and improving the product.

Whether your information may be mentioned publicly in SVTR community updates follows the consent option you chose on the application form; you can change it anytime by contacting us.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Beyond your chosen consent scope or legal requirements, personal data is used internally for matchmaking only.

Infrastructure providers process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting & security), Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Resend (email). Card details are handled directly by Stripe — we never touch or store card numbers.

5. Storage, security & retention

Data is stored on the cloud infrastructure above, encrypted in transit with access controls. We retain data as long as needed to provide the service; you may request deletion at any time.

6. Your rights

You may access, correct or delete your personal information, or unsubscribe from emails (via the link in each email or by contacting us). Send requests to kerry@svtr.ai and we will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Minors

The site targets venture-industry professionals and is not directed at children under 16; we do not knowingly collect their data.
