Teams with a product, prototype or verifiable technical progress, looking to advance any one of these goals:
Open to teams worldwide, including US-based companies; places are counted by company, not by number of attendees.
CES industry visits
CES 2027 runs January 6–9, 2027 in Las Vegas. SVTR plans to group companies by sector and design routes around each company’s needs: competitors, channels, supply chains and partnership opportunities.
Silicon Valley company conversations
After moving to the Bay Area, conversations with technology companies, growth-stage firms and industry teams are prepared around each company’s stated needs. Hosts and formats will be announced as they are confirmed.
Project showcase and matching
Based on stage and stated needs, companies are matched with investors, prospective customers and industry partners for showcases and small-group conversations. SVTR supports follow-up where both sides want to continue.
End-to-end preparation and follow-up
Before the trip: clarifying needs and preparing a short project brief. Afterwards: help continuing conversations where both sides agree, with progress recorded in the SVTR AI Venture Database.
See the full program for the day-by-day plan; specific hosts and guests are subject to final confirmation.
Applying and review are free with no prepayment; admission, scholarship and final cost are each confirmed before payment.

Investors & industry partners →What stage is this at?
Applications are open. The dates (January 6–12, 2027, arriving January 5), the 7-day core program and pricing are published: applications submitted by November 30 qualify for the Stage 1 price of US$10,000 per person, and December 1–15 is Stage 2 at US$12,000 per person, while places last. Specific hosts and guests are subject to final confirmation. Applying is not admission and does not hold a place.
How many companies, and how are places counted?
Up to fifteen companies for the core Silicon Valley program, covering both full-itinerary and Silicon-Valley-only teams. Keeping the cohort small leaves room to work through each company’s needs, prepare materials and arrange targeted conversations. Places are counted by company, not by attendee: a second person from the same company does not take another place. Interest in the CES portion only is tracked separately and does not automatically use a core place.
How are the fifteen selected?
Three things: product and business progress, how clear your goal for this trip is, and whether SVTR’s existing resources can genuinely help. Selection is independent of scholarship applications, AWS Credits applications and company ratings. Applications are visible to the SVTR organizing team only by default; publishing the cohort list, your project brief or your deck each requires your separate permission.
Can we join only part of the program, or exhibit at CES?
Note it in your application. Teams already in the US or with limited time can indicate they want only part of the program (Silicon Valley only, or CES only); partial-participation arrangements and cost are confirmed in the quote after a conversation. This cohort centers on visiting and meeting and does not include a CES booth; companies interested in exhibiting can say so and SVTR will follow up separately.
What does it cost?
The program fee is per person, at the price of the stage in which you apply: Stage 1 is US$10,000 per person for applications by November 30, and Stage 2 is US$12,000 per person for December 1–15. A Founder Scholarship awarded to the company is deducted once from the total. For example: two attendees at Stage 1 come to US$20,000; with a US$9,000 scholarship the total is US$11,000. AWS Credits are not cash and cannot be used toward the fee. Each formal quote states a confirmation period; after it lapses the quote must be reconfirmed at the then-current stage price, and a confirmed quote does not change with later stages.
What is and is not included?
Included: CES 2027 badge; Hotel stays in Las Vegas and Silicon Valley during the official program; Local transport within the official itinerary; Selected group meals and founder gatherings; Program organization and coordination across CES and Silicon Valley; Invitations and matching with investors, industry guests and partners; Investor Office Hours and the SVTR Global AI Venture Demo Day; Venues and related production costs; Preparation before and follow-up after the program. Not included: International flights to Las Vegas and from Silicon Valley; The January 9 flight from Las Vegas to Silicon Valley; Visas and personal insurance; Personal transport outside the official itinerary; Hotel upgrades and extra nights; Personal expenses; Optional activities, including Napa on January 13, unless stated otherwise. Each company’s quote spells these out item by item.
How does the Founder Scholarship work?
Tick “Yes, I would like to apply” in the application and briefly explain why — no separate materials. The top award is US$9,000, for 1 company only; other amounts are set through review. Scholarships are awarded per company, at most one each, and deducted once however many attend. Admission and scholarships are reviewed separately: not applying does not affect admission, results come before payment, and scholarship recipients receive the same core program. Scholarships do not affect company ratings, and applications and outcomes are not published.
What do SVTR members get?
Stage 1 pricing does not combine with member discounts. From Stage 2, admitted SVTR members receive a member discount, set out in the quote, with membership verified at confirmation; the member discount and the Founder Scholarship do not combine. Discounts apply to the program fee only. Membership guarantees neither admission nor better scholarship or rating outcomes.
What does SVTR promise, and what does it not?
“From CES discovery to Silicon Valley deals” is the program’s goal, not a guarantee. We do not promise customer orders, contracts or fundraising outcomes we cannot control. What we do make solid is the controllable part: clarifying your goal for the trip, raising the relevance of every conversation, creating next-step opportunities worth pursuing, and supporting follow-up where both sides want it. No equity is required, and SVTR does not participate in transactions or take commissions.
What about visas?
For confirmed participants, SVTR can provide an invitation letter and supporting materials; visa outcomes are decided by the consulate. The trip is in early January, so teams without a valid US visa are encouraged to apply early to allow processing time. Visa fees are not included in the program fee.
If you want a real test of the US market in early 2027
Start by telling us the one thing you want to move forward. SVTR will get to know your stage, goal and resource needs. Applying and review are free; admission, scholarship and final cost are each confirmed before payment.
