How partnerships work

Scope, deliverables and fees follow the mutually confirmed SOW (statement of work); we respond within 3 business days. Standard plans take no add-ons or carve-outs — Partnerships is the single path for customization. Commercial partnerships never affect ratings: SVTR ratings cannot be purchased, and commercial relationships are isolated from the scoring system.

All data is in-platform only — no exports at any tier; systems integration is available only to Partnerships clients, per SOW field whitelist.

Targeted introductions are single-handshake (1/quarter with Intelligence, 3/quarter with Scouting): quotas count on submission and reset each quarter without carrying over; a request the counterpart declines or that expires unconfirmed is returned to your quota. SVTR guarantees delivery, not acceptance.

FAQ

How does Verified relate to the paid plans?

They are separate. Verified is an identity label (founder / investor) earned through an independent claim-and-verify process, free forever; paid plans are capabilities you purchase. Any identity stacks with any plan — e.g. Verified investor + Intelligence, corporate strategy + Scouting.

How do I get into /deals?

Two conditions: a paid seat (Intelligence, Scouting, or Partnerships with SOW-configured seats) plus Investor-Verified status, verified individually. Institutional affiliation is verified via the firm email domain; investing responsibility requires any of role info, public records, or track record. Independent angels verify via track record.

Do targeted introductions guarantee a meeting?

No. Introductions are single-handshake: SVTR delivers your request to the counterpart, and the quota counts on submission (returned if the counterpart declines or the request expires unconfirmed). Acceptance is the counterpart’s decision — we guarantee delivery, not acceptance — and we facilitate once both sides confirm.

Does paying affect ratings?

No. SVTR ratings cannot be purchased, and commercial relationships are fully isolated from the scoring system; joint content is clearly labeled, presented separately from ratings, and never includes Deal Memo placements. Founder evaluation, rating and verification are free forever — paying changes nothing.

How do I pay for and cancel Intelligence?

Stripe secure checkout with major credit cards. Choose annual ($1,000/yr) or monthly ($100/mo) auto-renewal; cancel anytime and benefits continue through the end of the current period. Your price is locked while the subscription stays active — future changes apply to new subscribers only. Tax calculated at checkout by location. Refunds per Terms of Service. Once subscribed, open “Manage subscription” in My Account to update your payment method, cancel, or download invoices.
