Hangzhou Bibo Semiconductor was established in March 2021, a cellular communication core chip design company with full-stack self-research capabilities covering SoC architecture, RFIC radio frequency, multi-mode baseband algorithms, and communication protocol stacks, having delivered hundreds of millions of communication chips. Completed an A+ round financing in July 2026, with total financing exceeding 900 million RMB. The AI relevance is reflected through the main line of edge AI integration (this round's funds are used for edge lightweight AI and AI smart terminal chips). It belongs to the communication chip plus edge AI convergence path, aligning with a broad AI perspective.

Founded in May 2026 in Shenzhen by Chen Peng, former GM of HiSilicon's Kunpeng processor business and former chip product-line president at Horizon Robotics, the company designs edge and on-device high-compute inference chips aimed at running very large models on a single chip.

Agentrys is an Agentic Design Automation (ADA) company founded in 2025 and based in San Jose, California. Its Agentrys Studio platform lets chip design teams build, own and continuously evolve their own AI agents inside existing workflows, automating RTL design, verification, physical design and analog design. Agents run on top of the customer's existing EDA toolchain, deploy inside the customer's firewall, and learn from design iterations. Customers include fabless chip designers, foundries and semiconductor startups.

逻辑比特 (Logic Bit Technology), founded in 2022 in Hangzhou by the superconducting quantum computing team from Zhejiang University, develops superconducting quantum chips, kilobit-scale quantum control and RF systems, and quantum computing cloud platforms.
