It also runs an 'agent assurance' layer that monitors the runtime behavior of AI agents enterprises deploy elsewhere. Unlike static compliance-automation tools such as Vanta or Drata, HelmGuard positions itself closer to emerging AI-native risk/agent-governance players like Norm Ai and Hadrius, emphasizing continuous, evidence-based verification over periodic documentation. Disclosed customers include a US insurer, a global telehealth/telecom company, and London AI firm Callosum.
