About
Founded in 2017 in Netanya, Israel, Particula (the company behind GoCube) makes connected physical games and smart toys, pairing classic tabletop games with sensors, Bluetooth connectivity and companion mobile apps in what it calls "phygital" products; it now positions itself around "physical AI". Its line-up includes the GoCube smart cube, GoChess robotic chessboard (including a Harry Potter edition with Warner Bros. Discovery), GoDice connected dice and the GoBalance interactive balance board, sold into North American and European retail. The company started on Kickstarter, where GoChess raised over $2M — a record for a chess campaign — and has sold more than one million units worldwide. Not to be confused with Particula (particula.io), the German digital-asset rating company.
