Parent company Zeabur was founded in 2023, is headquartered in San Francisco, and was started by Taiwanese founder Yuanlin Lin.

OpenObserve, founded in 2022 in San Francisco/Menlo Park, USA, provides an open-source modern observability platform that unifies logs, metrics, traces, and LLM observability, with AI SRE capabilities for anomaly detection and automated incident response. Autoheal is a San Francisco-based company founded in 2025 by former engineering leaders from Harness, ThoughtSpot and Microsoft Azure.
