About
Founded in 2024 and headquartered in New York, AlgoX2 was started by the engineering team behind NYSE Pillar, the New York Stock Exchange's core trading architecture. It builds a data streaming operating system: a Kafka API-compatible distributed streaming platform with native NATS, Redis and MQTT/WebSockets support that unifies ingestion, ordering, fan-out, transformation and storage in a single engine with transactional semantics and built-in fault tolerance. The company reports 50-microsecond latency, 100 million messages per second per node, up to 10x throughput on the same hardware and roughly 10x lower total cost of ownership. Customers span exchanges, brokers and trading platforms, prediction markets, and latency- or cost-sensitive AI-native and real-time lakehouse workloads. Polymarket is listed on its site as using AlgoX2 for exchange infrastructure.
