Sivy
ComputeSivy (时维感知, Hangzhou Sivy Technology Co., Ltd.), founded in 2025 and headquartered in Hangzhou, China, is a neuromorphic sensing-and-computing startup targeting edge and embodied-AI applications such as robotics. Building on its own neuromorphic chips and brain-inspired network models, it develops ultra-low-power sensor-processing chips based on third-generation (spiking) AI, aiming to serve as a general-purpose sensing platform that replaces traditional DSPs. It has taped out its first chip, ASC-01, a pulse-encoding chip that converts analog signals into pulse signals (up to 10 MHz sampling) and has completed packaging, power-on and testing. On top of ASC-01 it is developing multimodal sensing modules such as electronic skin and electronic nose, plus an EMG armband for next-generation human-machine interaction, toward a bionic 'perception-decision-execution' machine nervous system.
TetraMem
ComputeTetraMem is a Silicon Valley semiconductor startup (with a Singapore team) building analog in-memory computing chips. Its RRAM memristor crossbar technology powers neural processing units and AI inference accelerators (MX200 series) for low-power edge AI in wearables, smart sensors, robotic vision, security cameras and automotive systems, and it partners with Andes Technology on a RISC-V AI accelerator.
