Oak & Sparrow Systems Enterprise, founded in 2026 in San Francisco, builds Gatekeeper, an on-premises AI governance layer that checks every AI input and action against deterministic rules mapped to HIPAA, FERPA, CCPA, COPPA, PCI and FINRA, blocks violations before data leaves the organization, and seals each decision in a tamper-evident hash-chained log for regulated sectors such as legal, insurance, healthcare, community banking and school systems.

Fushan (甫山智能), registered as 甫山智能信息科技(北京)有限公司, was founded in July 2022 and is based in the Xicheng district of Beijing. It builds AI software for online-communication analytics and information-content safety. The platform ingests multi-source public web and social data, then applies multimodal analysis models to produce sentiment monitoring, negative-signal early warning, market-environment insight, risk assessment and campaign-propagation measurement for its clients. Three product lines have been disclosed: Blynk AI, a multimodal analysis model; Data Echo, a data-insight product; and Task Loop, a workflow layer for governance tasks. Buyers are concentrated in government affairs, culture and tourism, and financial services. The company says its founding team came out of China's central propaganda and cyberspace administration system together with Alibaba Group's security unit and DAMO Academy; Zhu Ran is founder and CEO. Recruiting listings put headcount at roughly 20 to 99. No corporate website, revenue figure or named customer list has been made public.

Cyera, founded in 2021 with offices in New York and Israel, helps organizations understand where their sensitive data is stored, who has access to it, and what security measures are in place, with an ambition to become the CrowdStrike of data security.

JetStream Security, founded in 2026 in San Francisco, CA, offers an enterprise AI governance platform featuring visibility, identity, and runtime controls.

Fig Security, founded in 2025 in New York, NY, monitors the flow of data across security tools to ensure that detection and response systems continue to work as expected under real-time changes.

LayerX Security, founded in 2021 in Tel Aviv, protects enterprises from data leakage and SaaS and identity risks through a lightweight browser extension.
